Respond to client emails as you would in your email inbox but inside Pascal. We will keep track of all communications needing your attention as well as ones that you have resolved. Once taking action, don’t leave it in the Inbox, clear it and move on to the next issue. You can assign the client communication to a colleague. The email will show up in their triage. All communication and attached documents are tracked inside our "Inbox Module".
